Chilli Garlic Sauce
Spinach - 3 cups
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 cup
Boil the spinach in just enough water to wilt it.
Add the garlic sauce and after a minute; add the cornflour mixed with water.
Boil till thick.
Serve hot.
