Chili Garlic sauce - Basic

Garlic - 5, crushed
Oil - 1tbsp
Red chili - 4 , crushed into flakes
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato - 1, pureed
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 pinch
Salt
Pepper - 1 tsp


Heat oil and saute the crushed garlic till light brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
