Green chutney




This is a must have chutney for any chaat  and because it is so spicy, it adds a spicy twist to any curry like an ordinary dal.

This is the no onion variety.
Find the recipe using onion here.

For 1 cup:
Coriander leaf - 1 cup
Mint leaf - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 4 to 8 (depending on your spice level)
Lemon juice - 1 to 2 tbsp
Salt 
Roasted gram - 1 tsp


Grind all the above ingredients into a fine paste.
