Rasam powder
Red chillies - 10 to 15 no:s (depending on spice level)
Coriander seed - 3/4 cup
Lentils (pref: Urad dal) - 1/3 cup
Peppercorns - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds / jeera - 4 tbsp
Fenugreek seed - 1 tsp
Dry roast the ingredients induvidually without oil and powder them together. Sieve and store in air tight container.
